Welcome to BuildThePuzzle.com (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2) Print-on-Demand & Order Process

We partner with Printify and its global print providers to manufacture and ship our products on demand. Orders are produced once placed and cannot be modified after production begins.

1. Place your order → receive order confirmation.
2. Order is sent to Printify’s network for production.
3. When shipped, you receive tracking (where available).

Because products are made-to-order, please carefully review size, color, piece count, personalization, and shipping address before checkout.

3) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

• Prices are shown in USD $ and may change without notice.
• Applicable taxes, duties, or VAT are calculated at checkout or paid upon delivery depending on your location.

4) Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery timelines vary by product, provider, and destination. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

5) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As a Printify-powered POD store, returns and exchanges are not supported for size, color, or change-of-mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

6) Custom Artwork & User Content

• If you upload images, text, or designs, you represent that you own or have the rights to use them and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
• You grant us and our manufacturing partners a non-exclusive license to reproduce and use the content to fulfill your order.

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We may cancel orders that violate these rules.

8) Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, graphics, and product descriptions are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuildThePuzzle.com, our affiliates, and partners from any claim arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tampa, FL unless otherwise required by law.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
