Are your puzzles made-to-order?

Yes. Every item is produced on demand through our partner Printify, which helps reduce waste and lets us offer a wide variety of designs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin production shortly after purchase, so changes/cancellations are limited. Contact us at sales@buildthepuzzle.com as soon as possible; if production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer custom photo puzzles?

Yes! Look for “Custom Photo Puzzles” in our shop. Ensure you have rights to use any images you upload.

What piece counts and sizes do you offer?

We carry multiple formats and piece counts (e.g., ≤50, 100–300, 500, 1000+). See each product page for specifics.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does production take?

Typical production time is 2–5 business days, varying by design and season.

What are the delivery estimates?

US: 3–8 business days after production; Canada/Europe: 5–12; Rest of World: 8–20. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my items arrive together?

Possibly not. Items may ship from different providers and arrive separately at no extra cost beyond what you paid at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Some international shipments have limited tracking updates.

Refunds & Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the print-on-demand nature, we do not accept returns/exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. Please double-check details before purchase.

What if my item is damaged or has a manufacturing error?

We’ll offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

What about lost packages?

First, confirm your address and check with your local post office. If still missing, contact us; if Printify confirms it’s lost with no error on your part, we may offer a free reprint.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and popular digital wallets via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We don’t store full card numbers.
