Shipping Policy

All products at BuildThePuzzle.com are made-to-order through our manufacturing partner Printify. Production and shipping times vary based on item type, print provider location, and destination.

1) Processing & Production Times

  • Typical production time: 2–5 business days (may vary during peak seasons).
  • Personalized items may require additional time for artwork checks.

2) Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–8 business days after production
  • Canada: 5–12 business days after production
  • Europe/UK: 5–12 business days after production
  • Rest of World: 8–20 business days after production

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or local holidays.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item, weight, destination, and provider. Multi-item orders may ship separately from different providers at no extra cost to you beyond what you pay at checkout.

4) Tracking

Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Some international destinations may have limited tracking updates depending on the carrier.

5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns to sender. If an order is returned due to address issues, you may request:

  • A reprint with an additional charge, or
  • A partial refund (subject to Printify rules).

6) Lost or Delayed Packages

  1. Verify the address used at checkout is accurate.
  2. Check with your local post office/parcel center; packages are sometimes held for pickup.

After these steps, contact us. If Printify determines there was no error on your part and the package is lost, a free reprint may be offered.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

8) Order Splits

Because we work with multiple print providers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
